Being a part of *Relish at Home* has brought me into this world of designers and artists. I love seeing the new things that these designers create, and let’s face it, I love to shop. So cliche for a woman, I know….. can’t help it, man. Anyway, our awesome friend, Lisa, got a mention in Daily Candy! Damn, wish I had some money to blow.

This Saturday, I will be participating in a craft/designer fair! I’ll be with Jacinta from *Allymoon*, and we’ll be selling stuff from her company, felt accessories from *K.Autumn*, and baby t’s and bibs that I collaborated with *GOPD*! Also, *Jill Bliss* will also be there next to us, and she will be doing a Gocco demonstration! (Dude, I still haven’t whipped that thing out yet. I’m chicken-shit. Now back to my other side. I would like to try and post some of my compositions up here. I found a way to link it up, but haven’t figured out how to just play it from here. hmmm….i’ll figure it out and hopefully we’ll get some sound here!

Ugh, I’m home today and as sick as can be. I’ve been trying to fight it off since last Wednesday, but to no avail, it has won over me. Probably didn’t help that I tried to deny it and went out and about like everything was okay. Instead, I woke up with white splotches on my tonsils. Yay, I’ve got tonsillitis. So, what can I do? … got to wait it out because I’m also allergic to so many freakin’ antibiotics!

So today was Nancy’s TV Marathon! Morning news, daytime movies such as “To Wong Foo….something something,” Oprah, Little People, and I’m probably going to end it with CSI - Las Vegas, of course.

Oh gee, what next? Music? hmmm…. can someone name a new band I can get in to? The last album that I played over and over again was the Arcade Fire, and that was ages ago. I believe I’m going back in time. I come out with an annual mix every December, and it started with music that was pretty current. But lately, I feel a little stale on the scene. I’m perfectly content rockin’ out to the Eagles of Death Metal and singing along to Billy Joel (there, I said it!), in the car. Ohhhh, so the next theme for December’s mix??? *Butt Rock.* Yup, long hair, rock ballads, head banging, Nelson Twins, mullet madness. What did you think it was, sicko.

Sorry, I can’t breathe out of my nose and I’m irritable. OK, time to pass out again. Being sick suuuuucks….

The little “buggah” is home. I picked him up on Friday and my heart melted when I saw his little face. This yippy, small, little dog has won me over. The first night was hell, and the second night was a nightmare. We woke up about 3-4 times each night to let him out of his crate to go potty. Exhausted are we.

I thought that I would become the Alpha dog and lay down the law for the little guy. But apparently, he thought differently and made me the inferior pup. The hubby has become the excellent alpha male, and little Nige gives him no crap.

Sleepless nights, peeing on our favorite rug, little grunting noises while pooping, and chasing his own tail…. in our books, this one goes to eleven.
