I caught a glimpse of this guy’s music today on the radio.  I’m not a jazz expert by all means, but I have heard a lot of jazz music.  But my ears perked up when I heard Rudresh Mahanthappa on the radio today.  It had a little extra quality that caught my attention.  You may love it or hate it, but it certainly got me listening more keenly today.  You can check out his interview from Fresh Air HERE.

I chew gum a lot.  Most of the time, it’s because it help keep the dreaded heartburn under control.  During my lessons last week, I told one of my students to eat whatever she wants now because it’s not going to be the same when she gets older.  She responded, “Yeah, that’s what my mom said.”  Crap, I’m now in the old, “mom” category.

So now I’m addicted to this yogurt drink called, Kefir.  It’s awesome and I drink a cup every day.  I highly recommend this if you have heartburn and “other” problems.  Trust me.

Rush Limbaugh.  His latest comments are so elite.  Of course he doesn’t care and wants Obama to fail… the guy is uber rich and has nothing to worry about.  He’s such a load of crap.
